Privacy Policy

Who we are

Aziz Cables manufactures electrical wires and cables. Our office is at Mubarak Plaza, opposite Canal View Gate No. 3, Multan Road, Lahore, Pakistan. This policy covers the website azizcables.com and the enquiries you send us.

In short

• You can read every page of this website without giving us any personal details.
• The website has no accounts, no online payments and no newsletter sign-up.
• We receive your details only when you choose to contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email.
• We use Google Analytics to count visits. We do not run advertising cookies.

The quote form

The quote form on this website runs in your browser. What you type is not sent to an Aziz Cables server and is not saved as a draft. When you select the WhatsApp button, the website puts your details into a message and opens WhatsApp. You can read and edit that message, and nothing reaches us until you press send in WhatsApp.

Information you send us

When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive what you choose to share. This usually includes your name, phone number or email address, your delivery city, and the cable types, sizes and quantities you need. You may also send drawings, specifications or photos of a sample.

We use this information to:

• answer your questions and prepare a quotation;
• confirm, produce and deliver your order;
• contact you about that enquiry or order;
• keep the business records we are required to keep.

We do not sell the details you send us, and we do not pass them to other companies for their marketing. We share them only where it is needed to complete your order, for example giving a delivery address to a transport company, or where the law requires it.

WhatsApp, phone and email providers

Messages and calls travel through services run by other companies, such as WhatsApp, your mobile network and your email provider. Those companies handle your communication under their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.

Analytics and cookies

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they view. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and receives technical information such as your browser and device type, the pages you open, the website that referred you and your approximate location. It does not receive anything you type into the quote form.

We do not add advertising or marketing cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on that turns Google Analytics off. The website works normally either way.

Hosting and security

The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Like most hosting services, it processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your request in order to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.

Links to other websites

Our pages link to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Once you follow a link, the privacy policy of that website applies.

How long we keep enquiry details

We keep enquiry and order messages for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry, complete your order and maintain our business records.

Your choices

You can ask us what details we hold from your enquiry, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email us from the address you used, or tell us the phone number you contacted us from, so we can find your messages. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the website works or how we handle enquiry details, we will update this page and the date shown on it.
